The account can list items but cannot message sellers or make Marketplace purchase requests. Seller messages fail with a generic unavailable message. My own listings still get views.
Facebook Marketplace access removed without warning
Marketplace disappeared after a listing review. I can use Facebook normally, but buying and selling are blocked. The restriction does not show a clear reason. It just says Marketplace is not available to me.

After recovering from a hack, the user cannot post in groups because spam was sent during the takeover. I removed the hacker sessions, but group posting says restricted for policy activity I did not do.
