Instagram disabled right after signup with email
A new account was disabled immediately after signup before any posts, follows, or messages. I used my normal email. It asked for phone verification, then suspended the account.

The creator account lost monetization access, but Account Status does not show an active violation. Bonuses disappeared and payout settings are greyed out. Account Status says everything is fine.
